This Privacy Policy explains what information CoachCall collects, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you when you use the CoachCall mobile application, connected watch experiences, and related services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information required to deliver app features, and limited technical information about how the service is used.
Account and profile information
- Email address
- Account identifier
- Verification status
- Subscription status and plan tier
- Team, roster, invite, and membership information linked to your account
Team and gameplay data
- Team names and team setup information
- Player, coach, or staff membership records
- Pitch call settings, game setup information, and related app data
- Analytics and usage summaries generated from in-app activity
Microphone and live audio data
CoachCall requests microphone access because live staff push-to-talk and coach-to-player audio are core app features.
- Live microphone audio while a session is active
- Audio session metadata such as join times, leave times, duration, and usage totals
- Audio entitlement and quota information related to your subscription plan
Notifications and device information
- Push notification tokens
- Linked phone and watch registration data
- Basic device and app instance identifiers
- Operating system and app version information
Billing and subscription information
If you purchase a subscription, we may receive subscription-related information from platform billing and subscription providers, such as product identifiers, subscription status, and purchase or renewal events. CoachCall does not store full payment card numbers.

- Provide live audio features
- Sync app data across supported devices

When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may provide information to service providers that help us operate CoachCall, including providers that support backend infrastructure, real-time communications, subscription management, notifications, billing, hosting, security, and customer support. These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver and maintain the service.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain subscription and support records, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Your Choices
- If you do not grant microphone permission, live audio features will not work
- If you do not allow notifications, you may not receive live pitch-call alerts
- You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting support@coachcall.app
You can manage certain permissions through your device settings. If you would like to request deletion of account data, visit the CoachCall Account Deletion page. To opt out of marketing communications or ask privacy-related questions, contact support@coachcall.app.
Children's Privacy
CoachCall is intended for use by coaches, staff, and other authorized team representatives. Team information stored in the service may include player names and related roster data entered by those authorized users for their own team operations.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through child-directed registration, onboarding, or account creation flows. Player information entered into CoachCall is intended to be managed by the same coach or team staff who provided it and is not entered for public sharing.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Use
CoachCall is operated from the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable California law. Depending on those laws and whether they apply to CoachCall, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
