CoachCall is provided for baseball communication, coordination, and related team workflows. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation of the service or the use of the service by others.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login and team access secure.

Subscriptions

Some features of CoachCall may require a paid subscription. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by Apple, Google, or other platform billing providers and are subject to their applicable policies.

Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of CoachCall at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to:

• Access accounts or data without authorization
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Use CoachCall in violation of applicable laws or regulations

CoachCall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachCall Baseball LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoachCall after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
