Request account and data deletion

CoachCall users can request deletion of their app account and associated CoachCall app data at any time.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email support@coachcall.app from the email address used for your CoachCall account.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my CoachCall account.
  3. Include your CoachCall account email and, if applicable, the team or coach name connected to the account.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Data Deleted

When your request is verified and completed, CoachCall deletes or de-identifies account data associated with your CoachCall account where legally and technically possible, including:

  • Account profile information connected to your CoachCall login
  • Team, roster, player, staff, invite, and membership data you created or manage
  • CoachCall game, pitch, analytics, and opponent data linked to your account
  • Device tokens and linked watch/device delivery records associated with your account
  • Marketing email preference records associated with your account

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, billing, tax, subscription, or platform requirements. For example, app store purchase records may also be retained by Apple, Google, or other payment/subscription processors according to their own policies.

Retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law.

Data-Only Requests

If you want to request deletion of certain CoachCall app data without deleting your whole account, email support@coachcall.app and describe the data you want deleted. Some data may be needed for active account, subscription, team, or safety features to continue working.
